Four stand-alone rectangular buildings run in parallel along the longest side of the plot leaving two ways internal road in addition to decent spaces for loading bays and carparks. The fifth building follows the rear side of the plot maximizing private spaces and carparks area.

Gray-painted steel panels combined with slate color give the warehouses a stark two tones appearance. Windows at the front and side of the building result in a supercilious look, keen even further by the dark coloring.

On the long facade, three oversized grade level doors are proposed for a better flow of works in and out of the warehouse, and via the adjacent driveway. On the back façade one industrial grade level doors is proposed to help rear side movement.
